Today is June 26th and there still isnt any movement or communication on my order( jeans, coats, shoes, blouses, shirts) I have reached out to customer support multiple times and the only response I keep receiving is that it is on the way. I am aware of the companies delivery time frame 3-7 business days not including holidays and weekends. I placed my order on June 10th with a delivery date of June 17th and have not received anything. Good morning, I have not received any useful assistance thus far with the company. They chose to have their products delivered by LSO who also always have issues with actually delivering. I feel that fashion nova just had this automated response vs actually looking into my missing package. The tracking shows it was delivered to ********** and my destination clearly states *************. Stating that it showed delivered and I have to contact the carrier. They only had an online request for customer issues and also sent an email. Also I was home all day on the 24th, I contacted fashion nova since my order was $128.73. The package was never delivered to the apartment Luxer one lockers or my front door. I live in an apartment and I have a ring door bell camera. I ordered from fashion nova and it says my order was delivered on June 24th. Please help me obtain my refund from this fraudulent company. From my understanding, this "refund" policy is illegal as they did not inform me that my package did not ship and did not give me the option to cancel and get my refund. I am requesting this charged back onto my credit card which was the original payment method. I have therefore requested a full refund for my order and the shipping costs which totals: $109.70. For instance, why am I paying shipping cost for something that did not ship? As well, only getting a gift card in return forces me to spend more money with this company and I have to eat more shipping costs for the second package. They claimed this was no fault of their own and they would issue me a gift card for the amount of my purchase less the original shipment charge.I have gone back and forth with them over e-mail and they only provide generic cut and paste responses to my inquiry. So I contacted FN and they in turn, informed me through e-mail that the order had been returned to sender. *** told me it had not hit their processing centre and to contact the sender. ![]() Come Jthe package had not arrived and I received no updates from Fashion Nova (FN) so I called DHL to see what was up with the package. Original shipment arrival date was June 29, 2023. ![]()
